Well, it is official -- more pirates have walked the plank in two years under the Bostic-Goins administration than those who walked it under the prior eight years of the Bridges administration. In addition to the Chris Lane dismissal, there should be another press release in the pipe line announcing the departure of one most loyal of campaign supporter who strayed too far from flock – he has been punished accordingly. Some have said that if it had not been for this Bostic-Goins ally, the election wouldn’t have come to the result it did.
Hint for the local paper: You might want to look in the same department where you might hear phrases like -- Gabby, Jamey, euthanize, pussy, doggy style, execution… (…and I am not talking about the police department).
I am not sure if there is anyone who keeps records related to city and county politics, but if they did, I would be dumbfounded if anyone in the modern era has achieved employee results that the Bostic-Goins administration has.
1. So what has gone wrong with the perfect team? It seems like they have started resorting to eating their own.
2. Do you think the Goins campaign has made contact with this individual to get him back on the same page?
3. Is it a record to have 2 of 5 department heads replaced in 2 years?
4. Does a threatening environment at work promote anything but fear?
5. Can the turnover rate always be blamed on the employees and never the employer?
6. If the rules that applied to Mr. Lane back in the day would he have to have fired himself?

It seems two of our largest employers, owned by the taxpayers are running their fiefdoms by fear. You speak out, are not considered reliable, dare to have ethics or question the current way things are, you are gone. Truly a sad way to run a railroad, or in this case a hospital and city.
